We are currently open with state guidelines of wearing a mask the entire time inside of our store. The state guidelines are in affect to wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19 the areas included the are mandatory to wear a mask are public places including walkways.

We are committed to your safety and ours. We follow all local and state guidelines to suppress the spread of COVID-19. We currently are using a bleach-based sanitizing solution to sanitize surfaces, pens, counters and hand rails.
We offer sanitized pens when needed to sign for credit slips. The demo toys offered to see are sanitized after each guest group handling.
Our employees are self-screened before and after each shift. We offer two separate hand sanitizing stations and have only 50% capacity of guests in the store at a time. We have tape marking the floor for flow of traffic to assist in social distancing.
Our shipping is entirely discreet. Our packages or envelopes are plain and will be return labeled from “shipping dept.”.
We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. The free shipping for purchases over $39 will typically be shipped with USPS. If an item is an irregular shape or size it will typically ship via UPS.
Yes, you can pay an extra $19 for UPS ground delivery.
To have something shipped over night you must order it on Sunday – Thursday before 1PM PST and choose overnight 1-day delivery option for shipping.
Online purchases show discreetly as our parent company “Trout Water” and in-store purchases will show up as “The Fallen Angel”.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt date of your order and we will exchange as necessary or exchange for a gift card towards a future purchase. Please contact us at sales@thefallenangel.com with any inquires for a RMA# to return or exchange any defective merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is required for all exchanges.
Yes, we ship to most countries internationally. International orders take 10-14 additional days in shipping time to receive your order. Customs inspections can add additional fees and time to receive your order and you will be notified if there are additional costs. All countries we cannot ship to, will have their orders cancelled and funds returned.
The rewards program is free and earns you one point for every dollar you spend. The rewards can be used in-store or online. You can earn points for reviews and sharing products as well.
The points can be redeemed online by logging into you rewards account by clicking on the “free rewards” icon on lower side of the screen. Enter your name, email and password to create an account if you haven’t already.
The rewards earned from in-store can be used online also. If you signed up in-store you will need to create a password.

Next, click “create a store account” then enter your first and last name, the same email you provided in the store, and then create your password. Then click "sign up" and a are you a robot security prompt will show up, simply check the box and submit.
You will get an email to acknowledge you created an account online account. Then you can log in to our website with your email and password you created.
Once complete, your in-store rewards can be used online and vice versa.
The rewards offer you discounts online and in-store. The in-store discounts currently are 10% off once you reach 100 points.
Online discounts are currently $5 off of a $10 purchase with 50 points used and $10 off a $20 purchase when you use 150 points.
